VM754 (3″)

This 3" (75 mm) soft midrange dome developed for studio monitors that demand accuracy, power, and effortless midband clarity. Loaded by a short, front-mounted horn, it delivers exceptionally smooth frequency response and the controlled dispersion required for precise imaging in critical listening environments.

A lightweight, single-layer copper voice coil—wound on a former slightly longer than the focused magnet gap—allows generous excursion at the lower end of the operating range while maintaining detail and control. The one-piece fabric dome and surround are coated for consistency and low coloration, with a secondary rear surround ensuring full coil stability under dynamic conditions.

The FEA-optimised magnet assembly uses a substantial 155 mm ceramic magnet to achieve high efficiency and dependable thermal performance. The structure is mounted to a rigid, painted aluminium chassis, and termination braids are hidden inside the unit keeping the design clean. Standard 4.8 mm spade terminals accept soldered or push-on connectors.

For serviceability, the dome and coil are built onto a precisely locating, replaceable diaphragm ring for straightforward field replacement. The VM754 is designed for rear mounting, with M5 threaded inserts incorporated into the flange for secure, reliable installation.
